Villa Atlantica (Sleeps 12+1) is a brand new stunning luxury villa, built and furnished by the Pac4Portugal team.  This property is well equipped, air conditioned, 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa, with games room and a large 11m by 5m swimming pool surround by large terrace, man made beach, lawn, seating areas and kids play area.  There is ample private parking and the villa can host special events like weddings. Located just 1km from Carvoeiro beach and several minutes walk from a number of restaurants.

Gates open up to your stunning holiday location with a parking area in front of the villa (as well as on street parking). On entering the property you have the main living areas in front of you with an open plan lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen.  Within the lounge is ample seating, TV with Multinational channels inc English, movies and TV Series, Fiber WiFi (upto 1Gbps), Ipod docking station, selection of games for all ages.  There are patio doors opening up onto the terrace and pool area.

On entering the villa if you turn left there is a corridor leading to 2 superking/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms.  At the end of the corridor is another bedroom which can be superking/twin with has an extra single bed (only made up when required). Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, a safe, there is also a vanity table, with mirror and chair and patio doors leading to pool terrace.

Stairs from the entrance area lead to the first floor where there are 3 more superking/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms.  Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, a safe, with mirror and chair and patio doors leading to a private upstairs terraces with seaviews   Steps lead to the roof terrace with truly panoramic sea views, on a good day you can see all the way to Sagres on the west coast.  The roof terrace has a table and sofa, perfect for sun downers and watching the sunset.

Outside the property is set in a good sized plot, fully fenced and screened, gates and parking for 2+ cars, in addition there is parking bays in front of the villa for another 3 cars at least. There is a large 12m by 5.5m heated swimming pool surrounded by a terrace area with a shaded area. The pool has roman steps with a shallow end of around 0.9m sloping to a deep end of 2m. There are sunbeds for 12+ and several seating areas to allow groups to have there own space.   The property has a built in BBQ on the far side of the pool, with a terrace area, a 12m cover pergola with a large bespoke table with chairs available for 20+, a childrens play area, a large man made beach, lawn area, shaded areas.  There are plenty of games for the beach and the lawn including volleyball net, beach football net, boules, quoit plus lots more.  Steps from the pool terrace area down to the chill out semi shaded area with interior garden, as well as the games area with pool table, table tennis, table football and basketball hoop.  Villa Atlantica is second collaboration between the construction and rental teams of Pac4Portugal, especially designed for clients to enjoy time together whether relaxing or having fun
