Villa Carvoeiro (Sleeps 10-20) is a brand new, stunning, contemporary, large luxury villa built and furnished by the Pac4Portugal team. This property is well equipped, air-conditioned, ten bedroom, ten bathroom Carvoeiro villa, with games room and a large 15m by 5m swimming pool surrounded by terrace, lawn, seating area, as, and kids play area. There is private parking, and the villa can host special events like weddings. Located just 2km from Carvoeiro beach and several minutes walk from a restaurant.

Gates open up to your stunning holiday location with a parking area in front of the villa. On entering the property, you will see the main living areas, an open-plan lounge/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Within the lounge is ample seating, TV, WiFi, an iPod docking station, and a selection of games for all ages. Patio doors are opening up onto the terrace and pool area.

On entering the villa, if you continue in front, a corridor leads to 5 super king/twin bedrooms, all with en suite bath/shower rooms. Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, a safe and patio doors leading to the pool terrace.

Stairs from the entrance area lead to the first floor, with 5 more super king/twin bedrooms and en suite bath/shower rooms. Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, a safe and patio doors leading to a private upstairs terrace with sea views. Steps lead to the roof terrace with genuinely panoramic sea views. The roof terrace has a table and sofa, perfect for sundowners and watching the sunset.

Also from the entrance are steps down to a large games room with TV & games console, Table football, Pool Table, access to an internal garden and a WC.

Outside, the property is set in a good-sized plot, fully fenced and screened, with gates and parking for 4+ cars.
